Cazcanes Tequila is seeking a versatile, highly creativeGraphic Designerfor our fast-growing, award-winning tequila brand. This in-house position is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, has a deep appreciation for premium branding, and is excited to bring a handcrafted spirit to life across every visual touchpoint.

You’ll work closely with marketing and leadership to concept, create, and execute design projects across packaging, digital, social, print, and events. We’re looking for a self-starter with a refined design eye, strong brand sensibility, and the ability to balance both day-to-day needs and big-picture storytelling.

Responsibilities

·Design brand assets across digital (social media, email, website), print (POS, menus, sales tools), and packaging (labels, limited releases, boxes)

·Concept and design engaging, on-brand content for social media—both static and motion preferred

·Collaborate with the brand, marketing, and sales teams to develop creative that is strategic, elevated, and aligned with brand goals

·Build mockups, finalize production-ready files, and manage deliverables across multiple projects

·Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to evolve the visual identity

·Assist with UX/UI layouts and web updates in collaboration with digital team

·Manage timelines and self-direct workflow in a fast-moving, remote environment

·Stay current with trends in spirits, design, and lifestyle to keep our creative culturally relevant

Requirements

·5+ years of professional design experience, preferably in premium CPG, beverage, or lifestyle brands

·Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma or motion tools a plus

·Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in packaging, digital, and social media design

·Confident designing for social channels with an understanding of what drives engagement

·Solid understanding of print processes and packaging production

·Excellent sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling

·Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams

·Passion for craft spirits and thoughtful, elevated branding
