Job summary

System Management S.p.A is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web, mobile and enterprise platforms. You will lead design from research through prototyping to testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes business orientation, KPIs, and a strong focus on usability, accessibility (WCAG) and scalable design systems within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, interaction design or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of UX research methodologies and Human-centered design principles.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG) and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Analyze strategic product goals and identify business KPIs.
• Conduct UX assessments of existing products to find issues and redesign opportunities.
• Design wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, prototypes and A/B tests for conversions.
• Create information architectures, user scenarios and customer journeys.
• Plan and design omnichannel experiences across web, mobile and enterprise platforms.
• Develop and maintain Design Systems, components and visual guidelines.
• Organize usability testing and document UX guidelines.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for UX/UI Designers with solid technical skills in designing intuitive, accessible and high-performance digital experiences and interfaces.

The ideal candidate has experience in managing the entire design process, from research to prototyping to testing and documentation, with strong business orientation and performance measurement through KPIs.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis of strategic product goals and identification of business-relevant KPIs
• UX Assessment of existing products to identify critical issues, opportunities, and redesign strategies based on heuristics, accessibility, and user/customer feedback
• Design of wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, navigable prototypes and A/B tests, with attention to conversion design principles and digital funnels
  Creation of information architectures, user scenarios, customer journeys and business personas.
• Planning and designing consistent omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms
  UI design with focus on usability, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and mobile-first.
• Creating, updating, and managing Design Systems, reusable components, and scalable visual guidelines
• Organizing and conducting usability testing
• Benchmarking activities, competitive analysis and monitoring of industry trends
• Daily collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness of user experience
• UX/UI process documentation and guideline production to facilitate scalability and design continuity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, interaction design, visual communication or related disciplines
• In-depth knowledge of key UX Research methodologies and Human-Centered Design principles
• Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe, etc.).
• Knowledge of digital accessibility principles, UI patterns, and interaction design best practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, PM, QA, Marketing).

Additional requirements:

• Experience in defining and managing complex Design Systems
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better communication with development teams
• Ability to analyze and interpret analytics data to optimize user flows
