Job summary

Location: Onsite, hybrid in Minneapolis (3 days/week onsite, 2 days remote)Type: 12 month contract with potential for extensionCompensation Range: $43-$48/hr W2We are looking for a highly creative and candidate-centric Designer. This role leads the UX/UI design of career site, creating intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences that bring the talent brand to life and support candidate engagement.
