Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks designers to build intuitive interfaces for web and mobile products. You will translate user insights into actionable design requirements and collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver delightful experiences.

Ideal candidates have a design portfolio showing strategic thinking and leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field, and 1–3 years of UX/UI experience. Knowledge of design systems and WCAG accessibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, design leadership, and problem-solving abilities (include a viewable link with access instructions in your application).

• Design & Prototyping: Maintain consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints.
• Usability Testing & Validation: Participate in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to validate design solutions.
• Usability Testing & Validation: Analyze test results and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Usability Testing & Validation: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Usability Testing & Validation: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

User Research & Insights

Salary Range

$105K - $115K
