TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA, is seeking 2-3 Designers to join our UX team to craft intuitive experiences for web and mobile products.

You will conduct user research, produce wireframes and high-fidelity designs, run usability tests, and collaborate with product managers and developers. A strong portfolio and knowledge of design systems are preferred; competitive salary in the US market with comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field.
• 1-3 years of product design or UX/UI design experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong portfolio with strategic thinking and design leadership (include a link).

• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints.
• Participate in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to validate design solutions.
• Analyze test results and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively.
• Help maintain design documentation, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Contribute to TP-Link's design system and component library.

Responsibilities

User Research & Insights

• Participate in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to validate design solutions

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively

• Help maintain design documentation, style guides, and pattern libraries

• Contribute to TP-Link's design system and component library

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing

• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, design leadership, and problem-solving abilities (include a viewable link with access instructions in your application)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for networking products, consumer electronics and smart home ecosystems

• Knowledge of design systems and component-based design

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with animation and interaction design

Salary Range

$105K - $115K
