Summary:
The UX / UI Designer plays a key role in creating intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences by combining user-centered design principles with strong visual and interaction design skills. This position relies heavily on synthesizing audience research, usability testing, and stakeholder collaboration to inform design decisions that align with both user needs and organizational goals. The UX/UI designer will work collaboratively with the UX and Digital Strategy team to uncover insights that drive strategy, improve user experience, and guide the development of effective digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
WORK EXPERIENCE
* At least 5 years digital design experience working at agencies or in-house teams Required
* At least 3 years experience designing responsiveness websites (desktop, tablet, mobile) and/or mobile app experience Required
* At least 3 years experience with UX software such as Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, Sketch or other Adobe applications to design wireframes and prototypes Required
* Understanding or accessible design and ADA compliance implementation, knowledge of usertesting.com and other user research and design tools, familiarity with user personas and journey mapping, experience working with Agile development teams Preferred
* Knowledge of healthcare industry Preferred
EDUCATION
* Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or related field Required
