The anticipated salary range for this role is between $103,000.00 and $158,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualification, experiences, and analysis of current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC MANUBANK offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to translate business requirements into user experience solutions. As a member of our digital bank, the UX/UI Designer will work closely with the Creative Lead and other UX Designers to ensure the projects we develop achieve our objectives of creating a next generation banking experience.
