You will balance hands-on design with coaching, collaborating with marketing and engineering to bring brand experiences to life, while developing designers and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience with a track record in marketing sites.
• 3+ years leading designers or design teams.
• Portfolio of shipped marketing sites showing brand storytelling.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and front-end developers.
• Proficiency in Figma and design systems; accessibility-minded.
