WebstaurantStore is seeking a UI/UX Design Manager to lead a small team of designers shaping the marketing sites for our private label brands. You will guide discovery and delivery, ensuring polished, on-brand experiences that build trust and drive customers deeper into our ecosystem.

You'll balance hands-on design work with coaching, develop designers, foster collaboration with marketing and engineering, and advocate for design in planning and decision-making to improve site usability and brand

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UI/UX design, with 3+ years leading designers.
• Strong portfolio of shipped marketing sites demonstrating brand storytelling.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and front-end knowledge.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide creative direction and actionable feedback to help designers grow their craft and critical thinking.
• Partner closely with brand and marketing teams to shape the visual and narrative strategy for each private label site.
• Maintain a high bar for quality across design outputs: interaction, visual, and experience.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with senior leadership on hiring and development plans.
• Facilitate alignment between design, marketing, and development and improve site usability.
