Job summary

Eight Eleven Group is seeking a UX Analyst to join a highly rated insurance carrier's team. This role suits a creative and analytical professional passionate about user-centered design and crafting intuitive digital experiences.

You will collaborate with business users, IT, and project leaders to translate requirements into effective design solutions, lead user research and usability testing, create wireframes, information architecture deliverables, and develop visual design concepts for web

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and web usability.
Experience with user research and translating findings into recommendations.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Portfolio showcasing UX/UI work.

Responsibilities

Partner with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and define UX goals.
Conduct user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
Analyze feedback to identify opportunities to improve digital experiences.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and information architecture deliverables.
