Job summary

You will translate vision into action within PwC's Management Consulting practice, mentor leaders, drive client engagements, and advance innovative design thinking through usability testing and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9+ years of relevant experience in UX strategy or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of user experience strategies.
• Design user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes with clients.
• Apply human-centered design to research and create engaging experiences.
• Identify market opportunities and drive client engagements.
• Mentor teams in design thinking and innovation.
• Promote adoption of technology to enhance collaboration between people and tools.
• Oversee multiple projects and maintain executive client relationships.
• Foster thought leadership and strengthen PwC's brand.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to inform decisions.
