You will plan and conduct studies, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, present findings to product and design teams, develop user personas and journey maps, and advocate for user needs. Build and maintain a centralized research repository and contribute to a culture of user-centered design.

Formación

• 3+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience with various research methodologies.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable insights.
• Experience with research tools (UserTesting, Hotjar, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.
