Job summary

Meltwater seeks a Manager of UX Research to lead how we understand customers and measure product experience. You will mentor a researcher, guide a research practice, and turn insights into product decisions across the Meltwater SaaS platform.

You will conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, leverage AI-enabled tooling, and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to shape roadmaps and improve user experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/design research experience including 3+ years in people management.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or data-rich B2B products.
• Experience defining and reporting UX metrics (CES, CSAT, SUS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct generative studies (interviews, field research, usability tests, diary studies).
• Design and run surveys, experiments, and analyses with product analytics.
• Scale UX Research with AI tools for synthesis and self-serve workflows.
• Own UX metrics framework and reporting on usability and design-system metrics.
• Create templates and guardrails for PMs and Designers to run lightweight research.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to influence roadmap.
