Job summary

Meltwater seeks a Manager of UX Research to lead how we understand customers and measure product experience across our SaaS platform. You will coach a researcher, conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, and drive a metrics-driven research practice with AI-enabled tooling.

The role focuses on building a rigorous UX metrics framework, collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering, and influencing senior stakeholders on roadmap priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX/design research with leadership experience.
• Proven case studies showing both qualitative and quantitative impact.
• Operationalize research and embed user-centricity.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS/B2B products with complex data.
• Experience defining and reporting UX metrics (CES, CSAT, SUS).
• Proficient with research platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Maze, Qualtrics, FullStory) and analytics tools.
• Hands-on with AI tools and LLM-based workflows for synthesis.
• Figma and design-system fluency; ability to evaluate UI usability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative studies: interviews, usability testing, diary studies.
• Design and run surveys, experiments; combine analytics to size problems and propose solutions.
• Scale UX research with AI tooling while ensuring quality and privacy.
• Own UX metrics framework and regular reporting on CES and CSAT.
• Own research operations across pillars and squads; create templates and guardrails.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to translate insights into roadmaps.
