Meltwater is seeking a Manager of UX Research to lead how we understand customers and measure product experience. You will manage a researcher, coach a team, and scale research with AI tools across our SaaS platform.

You will translate insights into actionable product and design decisions for senior stakeholders. You will drive a metrics-driven approach, collaborate with design and engineering, and shape a research program that supports product strategy across multiple squads, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX/design research.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in an enterprise SaaS environment with data-rich B2B products.
• Experience defining and reporting UX metrics (CES, CSAT, SUS).
• Proficiency with UX research platforms and analytics tools.
• Hands-on AI tools and LLM-based workflows for research synthesis.
• Figma/design-system fluency and collaboration with designers/engineers.

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct generative studies (interviews, field research, usability testing, diary studies).
• Design and run surveys, experiments, and behavioural analyses; leverage product analytics.
• Scale UX research with AI tools and self‑serve AI workflows with human oversight.
• Own the UX metrics framework and regular reporting on CES, CSAT, and usability trends.
• Manage Research Ops; build templates and guardrails for lightweight research across squads.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leaders to inform roadmaps and present findings to leadership.
