Jewelers Mutual is seeking a UX Research Intern to support the User Experience Research team. You will conduct usability tests, interviews, and data analysis to turn customer insights into actionable recommendations for designers and product managers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Foundational knowledge of UX research methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting).
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and translate insights into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run moderated and unmoderated usability tests, in-lab and remote, using prototypes and live products.
• Conduct user interviews to understand customer behaviors, workflows, and pain points.
• Facilitate card sorting, tree testing, surveys, and other evaluative research methods.
• Observe and document user interactions, taking notes and compiling highlights from sessions.
• Analyze research data to identify opportunities for improvement and create concise recommendations.
• Present findings to UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders.
