Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; team and independent work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient to rejection, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Market research: Identify potential customers, analyze market trends, and uncover sales opportunities.
• Sales support: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, brochures, and product demonstrations.
• Sales Development: Maintain CRM records, make outbound calls, determine customer needs, and book demo meetings.
• Sales strategy: Develop or refine sales strategies, set targets, and monitor performance.
• Administrative tasks: Schedule meetings, enter data, process orders, and prepare reports.
• Event participation: Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and promotional activities.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and other departments to support campaigns and initiatives.
