Job summary

PrizePicks, a fast-growing sports tech company in North America, invites a UX Research Intern for Spring 2027. You’ll work with senior researchers through planning to presenting research, shaping materials like plans and guides, and gaining hands-on experience in usability testing and user interviews.

You’ll collaborate with mentors to identify opportunities and share findings with product teams to influence data-driven decisions, all while onsite at West Midtown Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of UX research processes and qualitative methods.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical approach to uncover UX insights.
• Bonus: coursework or degree in Psychology, HCI, Cognitive Science; a research portfolio; or interest in sports/daily fantasy.
• Education level targeting rising juniors/seniors or grads with prior internships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the UX Research team on end-to-end studies.
• Help identify research opportunities and create study materials.
• Conduct usability testing and user interviews.
• Organize, analyze, and interpret qualitative data for key themes.
• Present findings to product and design teams to inform decisions.
