Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Data Science, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
5–10+ years of experience in UX research/design or related role.
Proficiency with Figma for wireframes and prototyping.
Experience with UX research platforms such as Qualtrics or UserTesting.

Responsibilities

Lead UX research and design initiatives across multiple Agile teams and product portfolios.
Elevate UX maturity by championing user-centered design principles.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, field studies, analytics).
Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, methodologies, and success metrics.
Communicate insights through presentations and reports.
Design and prototype user experiences in Figma and test iteratively.
Mentor and coach UX researchers and designers.
