Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX operations or design/program management across multiple director-led teams.
• Experience owning budgets and managing vendor relationships end to end.
• Experience building operating models, cadences, or processes from low maturity.
• Ability to prep executives for high-stakes cross-org conversations.

Responsibilities

• Design and run recurring rituals, reviews, and decision checkpoints across all UX functions.
• Partner with Product Operations to prepare and drive sessions and follow-through.
• Own UX tooling and vendor budget, coordinate renewals with IT and Finance.
• Consolidate tools and workflows, audit tooling including AI tools, pilot new ones.
• Build onboarding systems, reusable job description templates, and evaluation templates.
• Connect Research Ops to shared rhythms and leveling frameworks.
• Lead executive reporting cadence and communicate UX strategy.
• Identify repeatable AI/automation workflows with guardrails and health metrics.
• Foster rituals and engagement to strengthen team connectivity and safety.
