Job summary

Analytica in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced User Experience Lead to guide research and accessible design for examiner-facing analytical and AI-assisted workflows within a Federal data analytics modernization initiative.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, ensure security and accessibility compliance, and produce documentation for operation, maintenance, and future expansion. Experience with dashboards, data workflows, and human-in-the-loop AI is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading user research and UX design for complex enterprise or Federal applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility and Section 508 requirements for Federal applications.
• Experience designing data-rich dashboards, analytical workflows, and human-in-the-loop AI interactions.
• Familiarity with authentication, RBAC, audit logging, performance, and secure coding.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and accessible UX design for examiner-facing workflows.
• Collaborate with pilot agencies and multidisciplinary teams through iterative development and testing.
• Produce documentation for Government operation, maintenance, transition, and expansion.
• Follow Federal security, privacy, accessibility, records-management, and data-ownership requirements.
