Job summary

Uline is seeking a UX Intern for Summer 2027 to work on real projects that shape the online experience for Uline customers. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to translate customer insights into design solutions for Uline's ecommerce channels.

This on-site internship offers mentorship, hands-on prototyping, and exposure to market research and stakeholder interviews. Junior-status students pursuing a UX-related degree benefit from the program and may have opportunities to join

Qualifications

• Open to Junior-status college students only.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science or a related field.
• Portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
• Curiosity to understand user perspective.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline's eCommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses as well as stakeholder interviews to identify and confirm user needs.

• Collaborate on projects with business analysts and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12 week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science or a related field.
• Portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
• Curiosity to understand user perspective.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
