Job summary

Uline invites applications for a 2027 UX Design Intern position at Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin. The 12-week, hands-on program focuses on building user-centered web applications that support business operations and employee needs.

As part of a collaborative team, you will create wireframes, prototypes and flows, working with experienced designers and developers. This paid internship offers mentorship, on-site housing, and opportunities to join Uline full-time after graduation.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX Design experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience developing user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes for Uline's internal web applications.
• Conduct research and analyze feedback from employees to understand their needs, identify opportunities and inform design decisions.
