Job summary

Uline invites motivated students to join as a 2027 UX Intern for a 12-week, on-site summer program at our Corporate Headquarters. You’ll work on real ecommerce design projects, translate customer insights into prototypes, and collaborate with experienced professionals to enhance the Uline online experience.

The internship offers mentorship, housing for out-of-town interns, and a path to potential full-time opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Full-time, 12-week internship open to Junior-status college students.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Experiential Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Cognitive Science or related field.
• Portfolio exhibiting UX Design experience.
• Curiosity to understand user perspective.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to UX design projects that enhance the customer experience across Uline’s eCommerce channels.
• Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses as well as stakeholder interviews to identify and confirm user needs.
• Create prototypes and concepts based on research for a user-centered design approach.
