Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive web and mobile experiences. You will translate business needs into user-centered interfaces, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and lead usability testing to drive improvements.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure accessible, responsive designs and robust design systems. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, HTML5, and CSS3 is expected.

Qualifications

• Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions and interactive experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity design interfaces.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and user experience evaluations.
• Develop user journeys, workflows, information architecture, and interaction models.
• Collaborate with UI developers to implement designs into functional web applications.
• Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand user requirements.
• Develop interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools.
• Improve application usability through user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• Apply accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines to improve digital experiences.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Perform usability assessments and identify opportunities for improving user engagement.
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and component libraries.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, design reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
