Job summary

AgencyQ is hiring a User Experience Designer to join our human-centered design practice. This junior-to-mid level role focuses on solving real problems through design and delivering client-ready solutions with cross-functional teams.

You will engage with government, associations, healthcare, and B2B clients to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive interfaces. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of UX design experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills to tell

Qualifications

Strong functional UX design capabilities for digital products.
Experience creating, presenting, and delivering solutions in cross-functional, client-facing teams.
Ability to understand user behavior through qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Experience with workshops, design sprints, and collaborative working sessions.

Responsibilities

Synthesize findings into actionable design recommendations.
Present discovery findings with a strategic voice and prioritized design options.
Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to illustrate concepts.
Develop information architecture including sitemaps and taxonomies.
Collaborate with visual designers and developers to shape the end-to-end user experience.
