Job summary

Strong Tower Consulting in Mountain View, CA is seeking a senior interaction designer to drive production-ready designs, prototypes, user flows, and assets within our design system. You will partner with Design, Research, PM, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science to deliver user-centric solutions.

The role requires 6 years of UX or product design experience, a portfolio link in the resume, and proficiency with industry-standard design tools.

• Production-Ready Designs & Prototypes: Deliver comprehensive design specs, prototypes, user flows, and assets that adhere to (and push the boundaries of) our design systems to gain xFN alignment and seamlessly move concepts into production.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the broader UX team (Design, Research, Content Strategy) and cross-functional peers (PM, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science) to champion user-centric solutions.
• Data & Insights Integration: Translate user research insights, market trends, and data metrics into scalable design solutions that solve real user pain points.

Work Location: Mountain View - Hybrid (Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)

Work Schedule: Normal PST business hours, Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities

Compensation And Benefits

Competitive Package: Approximately a full package value of $227,000 $265,000 annually, based on a $96-$114 per hour rate. New Hire Referral Bonus and New Project Referral Bonus
