Lennox International is seeking a UX Designer II in Richardson, TX to shape the user experience of our digital products. You will partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, high-quality interfaces and maintain alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX and product design with a portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-enabled design workflows
• Strong visual design skills in UI, typography, layout and components
• Attention to detail and production-ready design work
• Ability to work independently on well-defined UX assignments
• Experience applying qualitative and quantitative research to design decisions
• Strong communication of design rationale to cross-functional teams
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, and research teams
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve UX workflows
• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs, and polished interfaces
• Produce visually engaging, brand-aligned UI designs with attention to detail
• Execute UX activities and deliver implementation-ready experiences
• Contribute to moderately complex initiatives through design thinking and hands-on execution
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers to validate designs via usability testing
• Participate in design reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions
• Advocate for users using data, research, and testing to guide decisions
• Present design concepts and rationale to teams and stakeholders
• Stay current on UX trends and AI-enabled practices
• Use AI-assisted tools to support discovery, synthesis, and iteration
