Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a UX Designer for the Copilot product to shape user experiences in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. You will collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities include user research, wireframes, prototypes, design system upkeep, accessibility advocacy, and staying current with UX trends. A strong portfolio and a degree in design or HCI are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with product software design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and user-centered solutions.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Agile experience is a plus.
Understanding of web and mobile design principles and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.
Advocate for accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and usable designs.
Stay current with industry trends and apply new knowledge to the Copilot product.
