Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a UX Designer for the Copilot product to shape user experiences in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. You will collaborate with product managers, developers and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities include user research, wireframes, prototypes, design system upkeep, accessibility advocacy, and staying current with UX trends. A strong portfolio and a degree in design or HCI are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably with product software design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and user-centered solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Agile experience is a plus.
• Understanding of web and mobile design principles and accessibility standards.

Position Overview: As a UX Designer for the Copilot product, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create user-centered designs that meet business goals and enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze findings to inform design decisions.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the Copilot product.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, ensuring that the final product meets user needs and business objectives.
Accessibility: Advocate for accessibility best practices and ensure that designs are inclusive and usable for all users.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and apply this knowledge to enhance the Copilot product.
