Job summary

Finastra is seeking a UX Designer to conceive, design, prototype, and test user experiences within the AI COE. You will collaborate with the LaserPro delivery pod to create simple, effective experiences for customers.

You will define personas, maps, wireframes, flows and prototypes, produce high-fidelity wireframes for developers, and iterate through usability testing to improve the interface across LLM-based applications.

Qualifications

• Experience designing UI interaction flows for LLM-based applications.
• Proficiency with Sketch, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with UX/UI prototyping tools such as Axure and InVision.
• Ability to present and communicate design recommendations clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Define personas, journey maps, wireframes, storyboards, user flows and prototypes.
• Create high fidelity wireframes for hand-off to development.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines and standards.
