Project UX team: this is the 10th person.

Broader program team: 100+ members.

Primary Team Function:

Working on an internal tech modernization project; the users are internal employees serving intermediary clients (financial ops middlemen), who help move trillions in financial transactions. The goal is to ensure complex operations tasks are intuitive: processing transactions, making corrections, setting up and onboarding client accounts, viewing contracts, etc.

Modernizing an outdated tech stack.

Ideally looking for candidates who are T-shaped and have user research experience.
