Job summary

The UX Designer at McLeod Software will help improve usability, consistency, and effectiveness of our enterprise products. You will translate product requirements and user needs into practical design solutions and work with Product Owners, developers, QA, and UX leadership to support complex workflows across transportation management, logistics, brokerage, accounting, and operations.

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of UX design experience.
Ability to translate requirements into user flows and mockups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design clear, effective, and user-centered software experiences that improve usability and workflow.
Translate requirements, business rules, stakeholder input, and user needs into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
Apply UX principles, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals to create intuitive product experiences.
Design for dense, enterprise software environments with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, stakeholders, and UX leadership throughout Agile/Scrum processes.
Leverage the design system, applying components, patterns, tokens, and standards across work.
