Qualifications

• Portfolio or case studies required.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products or experiences.
• Strong skills in UX, interaction, and visual design.
• Experience with brand-driven, campaign, or storytelling experiences.
• Experience working with component-based design systems and reusable patterns.
• Understanding of content structure, storytelling, and user/business goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with AEM or other component-based CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
