Job summary

Diversified Systems is seeking a UX Designer in Columbus, OH to evolve our design system and create exceptional user experiences across products. You will contribute to a design-system-first environment with 2–3 years of experience, focusing on meaningful impact and thoughtful design work.

You will prototype interactive designs in Figma, lead design reviews, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure accessible, scalable components.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of UX design experience.
• Experience with design system-first environments.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Design Projects: Create interactive prototypes for websites and design system components and patterns.
• Design Leadership: Guide external designers, promoting our design system philosophy and guidelines.
• Foster a Culture of Collaboration and Feedback: Provide design reviews and gather feedback from internal and external teams.
• Ensure Accessibility and Inclusivity: Advocate for inclusive design practices and accessibility standards.
• Assist with Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the design system, including component guidelines.
• Design System: Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma, keeping components, patterns, and documentation up to date.
