Qualifications

• 2–3 years of UX design experience in a product environment.
• Design-system-first mindset with an eye for accessibility.
• Ability to guide internal and external designers and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine interactive prototypes for websites and design system components.
• Lead external designers in applying our design system and guidelines.
• Provide design reviews and gather feedback from internal and external teams.
• Advocate for accessible and inclusive design across products.
• Create and maintain documentation for the design system and components.
• Maintain and evolve the design system in Figma with up-to-date components.
