Job summary

SR International Inc. is seeking an experienced UI/UX Programmer 5 to design modern, user-centered interfaces for ODPS enterprise applications in Columbus, OH. Hybrid work arrangement; engage with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver accessible, secure UI solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in UI/UX, strong design systems experience, and proficiency with Figma/Axure/Sketch to craft scalable components and prototypes for SaaS-based workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UI/UX design experience for workflow-heavy applications.
• 8+ years designing intuitive user interfaces, navigation, and information architecture.
• 8+ years working in Agile environments (backlog refinement, sprint planning, iterative delivery).
• 5+ years creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable component libraries.
• 5+ years designing SaaS, enterprise, or complex digital products.
• 5+ years using Figma, Axure, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Experience collaborating with front-end and back-end development teams.
• Experience designing WCAG and Section 508 compliant accessible interfaces.
• Understanding of secure UX design principles.
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers on HTML/CSS implementation.
