Job summary

The Home Depot is expanding its UX team to drive new initiatives. As a designer, you will work with strategists, designers, and researchers to craft end-to-end experiences and uncover customer needs.

You’ll use design thinking, rapid prototyping, and collaboration with product teams to solve meaningful retail problems, balancing user needs with business goals and delivering delightful experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of UX experience in an Enterprise or retail environment or a degree in related field.
• 1 year of experience working with agile software development teams.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Responsibilities
