About The Role

As a Remote UX Designer at Rebo AI, you’ll lead the user experience across our suite of AI-powered tools. You will design intuitive, elegant interfaces that simplify the complexity of real-time, data-driven insights for product teams. This is a high-impact role within a fully distributed environment. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to shape meaningful experiences, bringing customer feedback to life through well-informed design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process—from user research to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that translate AI-generated insights into digestible, actionable formats.
• Conduct remote user research activities such as interviews and usability tests, applying findings directly to the product.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align design with product and engineering roadmaps.
• Promote accessibility and inclusive design principles across the user experience.
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration in a remote-first work culture.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating data-rich and interactive design.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Experience designing for AI/ML tools, analytics platforms, or data visualization interfaces.
• Understanding of NLP, large language models (LLMs), or related technologies.
• Strong user research and usability testing skills.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to remote, asynchronous collaboration.
• Experience working in remote startups or distributed teams.
