Job Description

The UX Designer will be responsible for prototyping and building visually compelling user interfaces for the various digital services we offer. The role also involves contributing to the overall functionality of our products and iterating design solutions in accordance with user testing. This is a mid‑level, remote position.

Essential Functions

• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user‑testing for digital products.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise solutions.
• Make strategic design and user‑experience decisions related to product functions and features.
• Use UX development best practices to design solutions.
• Take a user‑centered design approach to rapidly test and iterate designs.
• Work with stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and stakeholders.
• Communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to teams and clients.
• Champion new ideas and offer innovative solutions through exceptional product design.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Portfolio of work showcasing web application designs from concept to production.
• A minimum of three years of work experience in Web Design or Front End Development.
