About The Role

This is an individual contributor (IC) position for a mid-level designer who is passionate about solving complex UX problems in enterprise cybersecurity. You'll create compelling, data-rich interfaces that translate complex security data into clear, actionable visualizations. This role is perfect for someone committed to growing from good to great through continuous improvement in craft, curiosity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design enterprise-grade interfaces with exceptional visual and interaction design skills for complex cybersecurity workflows
  • Build and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries that scale across multiple product lines
  • Create sophisticated data visualizations that make complex enterprise security data accessible and actionable
  • Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver design solutions that balance user needs with technical constraints
  • Contribute to design strategy and help establish UX design standards across the organization
  • Participate in design critiques and user research sessions to validate and iterate on design decisions
Basic Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience designing intuitive, scalable UX for complex technical workflows, ideally in enterprise IT, cybersecurity, developer tools, or security products
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for clarity, structure, typography, color theory, and layout
  • Experience with design systems including component libraries, style guides, and design tokens
  • Enterprise product experience with specific expertise in data visualization for complex applications (dashboards, analytics, reporting tools)
  • Systems thinking approach with attention to consistency, scalability, and maintainability
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exploring new design paradigms and interaction patterns
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience with design handoff processes
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
  • A strong portfolio (required) showcasing end-to-end UX work, visual design skills, data visualization, and the ability to solve complex problems
  • A growth mindset: eager to deepen your skills, refine your craft, and evolve as a designer
  • A collaborative spirit: open to feedback, iterative in approach, and energized by remote distributed teamwork
  • A sense of ownership: self-directed, thoughtful, and focused on delivering real impact
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-powered workflows, CLI/API interfaces, or observability/security dashboards
