About The Role
The UX Designer will shape end-to-end experiences for web and mobile products, translating complex workflows, technical constraints, and user research into clear, usable interfaces. The role covers discovery, interaction design, prototyping, visual systems, and validation across the product lifecycle.
Working closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and data teams, the designer will define flows that are intuitive, accessible, and measurable. The work will directly influence activation, retention, task completion, and the consistency of the broader design system.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate user needs, product requirements, and technical constraints into information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Create interactive prototypes in Figma to test navigation, workflows, responsive behavior, and key product concepts before engineering implementation
- Partner with UX researchers to plan usability studies, synthesize findings, and convert qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope features, resolve implementation tradeoffs, and maintain design quality through delivery
- Contribute to and extend a shared design system, including component patterns, interaction states, accessibility standards, and usage documentation
- Use product analytics, funnel data, session recordings, and experiment results to identify friction and evaluate the impact of shipped designs
- Present design rationale clearly in critiques and reviews, incorporating feedback while maintaining a strong point of view on user needs and product outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating shipped web or mobile experiences and end-to-end ownership
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design-system workflows
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards such as WCAG
- Experience partnering with UX researchers and using interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics, and experimentation to inform product decisions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers in an agile product development environment
- Bachelor's degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience designing developer tools, SaaS platforms, AI-enabled products, or data-intensive workflows; familiarity with HTML, CSS, and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
