Aristotle is seeking a UX Designer to craft exceptional web and mobile experiences on a trading platform. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to transform complex challenges into intuitive interfaces, delivering high fidelity mockups and design systems.

The role emphasizes end-to-end UX work: research, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing, and ongoing refinement. Expect a collaborative, startup-like environment with growth opportunities and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience designing UX for Web and Mobile using Figma.
• Strong product management and clear written/verbal communication.
• Understanding of graphic design, UX principles, and the software development lifecycle.
• Responsive design in Figma and scalable, pixel-perfect visuals.

Responsibilities

• Create high fidelity mockups and design guides for developers in Figma.
• Drive the UX design process including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing.
• Create mockups, user flows, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Own the design system, including content, controls, and governance processes.
• Assist in UX refinement by reviewing changes in staging and production environments.

This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring once a week in-office attendance.

As a UX Designeryou will get to create exceptional user experiences across our platform creating innovative web/mobile experiences that define the financial engine at the heart of millions of dollars of transactions. You will also be working on the UX design of a project on the order of Coinbase/FanDuel/DraftKings/Crypto.com and you will design next generation UX for trading financial options and futures. You’ll be part of small team and have opportunities to take on exciting challenges and responsibilities that make the job extremely fulfilling and rewarding.

The UX Designer works with Product/Engineering to transform complex challenges into intuitive, accessible, and delightful user experiences. Most importantly you will be expected to quickly and efficiently:

• Create high fidelity mockups and design guides for developers in Figma

You also will be asked to:

• Drive the UX design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

• Create mockups, user flows, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams

• Present design concepts to stakeholderseffectively communicating design rationale and iterating based on feedback

• Own the design system, be responsible for the content, controls, and processes behind it

• Assist in UX refinement by reviewing UX related changes in both staging and production environments

As a small team everyone does a little bit of everything and so you will be expected to perform a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. You can expect your week to be approximately: 25% Figma/AI UX design, 15% Product Management, 10% Collaboration with Devs and Stakeholders, 30% Ensuring designs are done correctly, 10% Process Improvement and Research and 10% Other.

• 2-4 years of experience in Figma designing UX elements for Web and Mobile.
• Strong Product Management skills including written and verbal communication
• Understanding of graphic design and UX design principles and the software development lifecycle.
• Responsive design in Figma expertise. Your Figma designs should look right when scaled.
• Strong organizational skills, design aesthetic and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and initiative on a day-to-day basis and to initiate and successfully manage creating UX/Design assets for the team.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well on technical subjects in both written and verbal form. Including coordinating with developers to assure they can successfully execute a design.
