What You'll Do

• Design the Future. You’ll work on anAI-driven platformthat’s set tochange the world of financial operations. Think bold, sleek, and futuristic designs—your art meets innovation.
• User-Centric Everything. You’ll focus oncreating seamless user experiencesthat are so intuitive, our clients will think our platform can read their minds. (Okay, it can'tactuallyreadminds… yet.)
• Design with Purpose. Work closely with our product and engineering teams to build interfaces that look gorgeous and work like a charm. Help createefficient workflowsthat simplify the lives of our users. This isfinancial tech, but it doesn’t have to feel like it.
• Data Visualizations. Design data-heavy dashboards that don’t make our users’ eyes glaze over. Bring financial complexity to life in ways that arefun,interactive, andeasy to understand.
• Usability Testing. You’ll test your designs with real users, gather feedback, and make things better and better (you know, the “iterate to infinity” vibe).
• Innovation is Key. Always stay curious! Keep an eye on the latest trends in UI/UX design, and bring those fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table. We don’t like beingjustgood – we want to begame-changing.

Qualifications

• UI/UX Rockstar. You’ve got 3+ years of hands-on experience designinguser interfacesand creatinguser experiencesthat make people say, “Where do I sign up?”
• Design Tools Pro. You live and breathe tools likeFigma,Sketch,Adobe XD, or anything that makes your design life easier (and prettier).
• Creative and Analytical. You balance creative flare withdata-driven decisions. You know thedesignprinciples andthepsychologybehind user behaviors—without those, you wouldn’t be here.
• Technical Knowledge. You know the difference between a good design and a bad implementation. Bonus points if you’re familiar withHTML/CSS/JSto collaborate with ourdevsand help bring your designs to life.
• Team Player. You’ve worked with cross-functional teams before (PMs, engineers, data scientists) and you know how tocommunicateyour design decisions like a pro.
• Attention to Detail.When wesay”pixel perfect,” you’re the one who makes it happen. (But you also know when to embrace the beauty ofimperfectinnovation.)
• Problem Solver. You’re not just about pretty designs. You tackle problems head-on and find creative ways to solve them,while keeping the user experience top-of-mind.
