Aristotle in Provo, Utah, is seeking an experienced UX Designer to craft exceptional web and mobile experiences. You will work with Product and Engineering to turn complex trading-style challenges into intuitive interfaces and delightful interactions, influencing a platform used for high-value transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UX design experience for Web and Mobile.
• Strong product management skills and written/verbal communication.
• Understanding of graphic design, UX principles and the SDLC.
• Proficient in responsive design in Figma.
• Strong organizational skills and problem solving.
• Experience coordinating with developers to implement designs.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional user experiences across our platform for web and mobile.
• Produce high-fidelity mockups and design guides in Figma for developers.
• Drive UX process: user research, wireframes, prototyping, usability testing.
• Create user flows, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
• Own and maintain the design system and related content and controls.
• Assist in UX refinement by reviewing changes in staging and production.
