Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a UX Designer to craft user-centered digital experiences that support brand and marketing initiatives across key journeys. You will shape scalable, production-ready designs balancing storytelling, usability, and accessibility within a design system.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to ensure accurate execution and maintain quality across multiple projects. A strong portfolio and 3–5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience designing digital products or experiences with strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Strong foundation in user-centered design, UX best practices, and visual design principles.
  • Experience designing brand-driven, campaign, or storytelling experiences across digital channels.
  • Hands-on experience working within component-based design systems.
  • Ability to structure content and storytelling in ways that support user goals and business outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar component-based content management systems.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • A portfolio or case studies demonstrating relevant experience is required.

  • Background creating complex, multi‑step user journeys that support research, evaluation, and decision‑making.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to bring structure to complex design challenges.
