Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a UX Designer for a telecommute contract role. The designer will craft UX strategies, collaborate on AI-enabled products, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. A minimum of 5 years in UX is required, with strong visual design capabilities and HCM domain familiarity.

The position offers remote work with standard 8am–5pm hours. Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree, and compensation is hourly in the contract market.
