An integrated agency and leader for cause driven brands, named a 2021 North America Agency of the Year, is seeking a talented User Experience Designer to create award winning digital experiences for top brands across multiple verticles. Awarded annually for a uniquely collaborative work culture, this role is a great opportunity for designers looking to collaborate cross functionally in a hybrid work environment.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX Strategists and Directors to conceptualize, wireframe, and design innovative digital solutions.
• Document User Experience recommendations through flows, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and other digital assets.
• Partner with developers to ensure responsive sites that meet design and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with creative directors, designers, developers, and copywriters to maintain brand consistency.
• Support project stakeholders during the discovery and strategy phase with research and user persona development.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years design experience, with a focus on UX.
• Core skills: wireframing, prototyping, responsive, and mobile UI design.
• Understanding of mobile/browser/platform constraints in UX design.
• Proficiency in (Adobe Creative Suite as well as Figma, InVision, Axure, or Sketch).

The salary ranges between $75,000-85,000, based on experience.
