Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is offering a UX Designer Intern position in New York. You will support the FIDS UX team to unify the experience of client-facing ICE apps, translating user needs into intuitive designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Applicants must be enrolled in a UX-related degree program, proficient in Figma, and interested in financial data or fintech. Two internship schedules are available, with a full-time commitment at the New York office.

Competenze

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university, be at least advancing to their junior year of study, and pursuing a degree in UX design, human-computer interaction, product design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and research methods
• Interest in financial data, market infrastructure, or fintech is a plus

• Translate user needs and goals into intuitive designs that fit our app ecosystem
• Collaborate with teams to design wireframes, flows, prototypes, and specifications
• Conduct heuristic evaluations to evolve designs
• Define and communicate design standards
• Take on additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
