Job summary

SeatGeek in New York City is seeking a bright, curious UX intern for summer 2026 to help millions experience live entertainment. You’ll partner with engineers and product managers to ensure high quality, easy to use experiences that solve real problems and drive long-term value.

This 12-week internship offers a hybrid work model with onsite presence in NYC; you will participate in design reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build skills in UX principles and tools like Figma

Qualifications

Currently enrolled college student set to graduate in spring/summer 2027.
Coursework, projects, or internship experience that demonstrate an understanding of UX principles.
Familiarity with design tools like Figma and comfortable iterating based on feedback.
Interest in AI and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches.
Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast-moving, fan-focused environment.
Curiosity about users and passion for improving their experience through design.
Collaboration skills and pride in mentoring and learning from others.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of customer needs and behaviors by working with Product Management, UX Research, and Analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional team of product managers and engineers to deliver high quality, easy-to-use experiences that solve real problems.
Participate in design reviews to refine and improve the quality of the UX work.
